Return/Cancellation Policy

1. What happens if I want to cancel my order?

OSOS Hot Buy items can be cancelled any time before pick up is scheduled. If we any delivery order is refused at time of delivery, the delivery fee will be forfeited. 

Wholesale Items ordered from Ashely Furniture will incur a 10% Restock fee for cancelled orders. We need to send them back and that is the fee they charge us. 

We accept Returns for any un opened and unused items that are still New in Box items within 24 hours of delivery but will also incur a 15% return fee and must be brought back to the store. 

2. How long are Delivery/Pick up times?

All OSOS Hot buy in stock items will be delivered or ready for pick up same day or within 1 business day.

Items that need to be ordered will be ready for pick up within 3-7 business days. As soon as they arrive in the warehouse, we will set up delivery IF you chose to pay for that service.

3. How does Curbside pick-up work?

Once you place your order, you will receive a notification text that your item is ready for pick up, typically, within an hour for OSOS Hot buy items. Safety is important to us, so we will bring the item out to your parking spot masked but still with a smile.
