Went through bank to transfer money. Said he’d ship when I sent money. Waited all day for it. Didn’t come. Checked in “oh I have to wait for money to clear in my account” then was rushing to get it delivered. First one they delivered got trashed. Had some random guy with a small U-Haul trailer drop it off at night. Wasn’t strapped down just put cardboard around it. Second one I had to trailer the original one back and pick up second. Hour and a half away 1 way. Got second one no charger. He told me he shipped it. Asked for tracking wouldn’t provide said he didn’t have it. Well he’s not very smart and didn’t realize when package came it had a shipping date on it. No he didn’t ship it when he said he did. Had the audacity to YELL at me on the phone and said to stop texting him asking where my charger was THAT I PAID FOR AND HE DIDNT INCLUDE. Owner is a liar 0/10. Don’t recommend. He was irritated the whole sale process took so long and had so many issues. Idk run your company better?
